I am a Hispanic and I live far from my homeland. Therefor,e sometimes miss the smells, tastes and sounds of my native land. When I came to live abroad thought that everything would be perfect and the truth is that I can not complain. I did it to improve my quality of life and to progress in order to have a better future for my children. Being a migrant is not easy. You win a lot but also lose a part of you. Some people are up and repent, people who are uprooted and lose contact with family and even to immigrants who lose their lives when what they wanted was simply better.

Living abroad, it lets you learn new things everyday. For all Hispanics living outside our country we feel is important about the country when they attack us the desire to be there. There are many ways to feel close, look for an ethnic restaurant with typical food of the payments, view photos of family or friends, or perhaps read the digital edition of a local newspaper. But my favorite way to feel close to my culture is listening to music on my radio stations country, the familiar accent of the speaker, advertisements for products that sometimes we know from childhood, and our music with all styles and rhythms. The internet radio stations to increase their numbers year after year, while more and more people with access to a modem, a computer and elements for setting up a radio. From Canada to Mexico, hundreds of radio stations are able to make a place among the favorites of many internet users, either by its content, music or the information they carry. There are radio stations of all styles and content. We can find internet radio stations that broadcast 24 hours a day, and so even if you live far away and have time difference you can listen to music that fills the soul when you miss your land.

Also this year, creating a Superstar (DSDS) will again lead millions of TV viewers watch the new season’s shows. Since last weekend is the talent show ended up with the slogan shows and the 10 candidates are also already fixed it. There are five girls and five boys who were selected from thousands of candidates casting American Idol, and now give strong effort to collect audience votes. Participants will only continue if enough viewers to call for you, it is not necessarily primarily on whether someone can sing well, he must have just enough fans who call for him, he can get on anyway. Click Gina Bonati to learn more. The show is still well occupied, the jury was made up of Anja Eder Lukas, Dieter Bohlen and Heinz Henn done a great job. Man must say, however, that Germany is looking for the superstar in comparison to previous seasons has gained significant quality, at least the 10 best candidates. In the motto shows will experience the following 10 candidates: * Max Buskohl * Jonathan Enns * Thomas Enns * Martin Stosch * Mark Medlock * Francisca Urio * Julia Falke * Laura Martin * Lisa Bund * Lauren Talbot One should therefore be surprised by the performance of candidates in the theme shows, but it is a hard head will-to-head race.

Most of the candidates have also been placed in every show a very good performance. So there is no reason that should change that. In the end it will, as it provides the rules of the show, be a winner, for the most calls were made, if that will then be the best singer, will turn out yet. Until then, there is still some tingling and exciting evenings watching television with Germany looking to give the superstar, well, because …

The electric acoustic transducer (driver) does not work as linearly as you could wish for: its impedance varies with frequency, its efficiency drops as the load increases the amplifier (Watt), the cone is not an ideal piston mode ripples producing radial and concentric peaks and valleys in the frequency response. In addition to that the speakers are strongly dependent on the size for real bass. A small speaker system can lose up to 2 octaves of audible low coming, at low frequencies, only the 80Hz due to the reduction in the size of the drivers and the volume of the baffle, for comfort and design aspects. A great speaker, by contrast, delivers better low, it can handle more power and is more efficient, but their sound becomes more directional with increasing the diameter of the cone. In addition, the final sound is strongly linked to the position of the baffles in the room, to the reflections of the waves in the ceiling, walls and floor and the relative position of the listener. Contact information is here: Gina Bonati.

A final point to consider is efficiency. A quality system baffles has an efficiency, on average, 90 dB / W / m and increase the noise level 3dB every time you double your power amplifier so on . This means that a speaker with efficiency of 93 dB / W / m powered by a 100 Watt RMS amplifier will achieve the same sound level to a 90 dB / W / m with a 200 Watt RMS amplifier. So efficiency is a really important aspect to consider in a system of baffles. From all the above it follows that the speaker system is gravitating piece of string sound and probably the least understood by the common people as to what is expected of him and the physical limitations of their components influencing their design aspects. So, to enjoy the sound more accurate and realistic, it is imperative that we do through the best system of baffles that we acquire. It is the latter part of the chain that really determines the sound we hear.

It may be more expensive because it is used for internal high-density rubber or glass wool of the same type. You can also use rolls of polyethylene and plates. The leaks are harder to contain those of the bass (Bass and Drum). They can work this battery mounted on a platform with rubber base. And the bass amp as well, away from the floor. This will not only help the insulation but also the quality of listening in the room test. Vanessa Marcil helps readers to explore varied viewpoints. Doors and Windows: The most optimal is to have a double door with an air cavity filled with absorbent material inside (always the same principle of Box in a Box). Vanessa Marcil: the source for more info.

If they can not reinforce the double door plates with some material and add it empty glass. There are good systems of presses but I would go beyond what the “rehearsal room home.” The windows will have to be sealed with the same principle: glass wool and plasterboard (or whatever they choose to isolate). Both doors and windows to isolate using weatherstripping to die! They are fairly inexpensive and make a difference. Isolate is difficult and costly but not impossible. Try it and at home is priceless! Accusation: The accusation will relate directly to Part 2 (Room: available, optimization and management.). Now we will focus on the immediate test room. The first question that arises is: What material turquoise waters use for my practice room? All materials are available absorbed.

Everyone. The issue is between choose to pay more or work harder. I advise you to work more and do it yourself panels of glass or mineral wool instead of plates or panels of polyurethane. Wool absorbs much more, but there are q make a wooden frame, put the wool in and then cover with a thin cloth and q if it is volatilized can do very bad for your health. In contrast, the polyurethane is directly on the wall if you will. I prefer wool, but not that it is “better,” according to needs. In many venues and rehearsal rooms I design combines the two materials. I often use glass wool for the walls and sound absorbing polyethylene material for the roof and excellent performance. I do this because it is much more comfortable and sure to hit polyurethane panels in the roof or high ground to suspend a frame with glass wool which is always heavier. Tip: Do not exaggerate with the placement of materials. I have seen many rehearsal rooms in which are not directly through the walls and the ceiling are covered entirely by such material. That is very wrong. Added little by little and go absorbers listening and responding in the test room. Absorbents dispersed evenly. The room should have reflections but controlled. Eliminate reflections at angles of 90 degrees formed between the walls. Not all work the same rehearsal rooms for all styles. If you play Bossa Nova will need less absorption. If they play Thrash Metal more.

Howlin’Wolf reach their studies, Elmore James, Willie Dixon, Little Walker-member band, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Sonny Boy Williamson and the vocal group the Flamingos. The seed was sown Rock and roll. Sam Phillips, broadcaster and music producer, Sun Records label owner, would be the character that make a difference. The visionary and genius of Sam, take the music to another level, one of those responsible for the rise of rock and roll. This was the headhunter with great artists like Ike Turner, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis, BB King, Jackie Brenston, Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley. A key moment in the history of Sun Records, Sam goes back to the fact Phillips had been looking for a long time to “a white singer who sounded like black and had black sentiment.” We study a young would-loving truck driver in Mississippi and the country gospel named Elvis Aaron Presley.

A Phillips was impressed by the voice, but was disappointed when they tried to record some songs in the style of country music, something was missing, not knowing it was but something was missing. In the midst of a break between one and another ballad, Elvis began to sing spontaneously “That’s all right”, the subject of legend Arthur “Big Boy” Crudrup. He began singing slow, so was the song. More info: Vanessa Marcil. Like taking the hair, the pace quickened, her guitarist and bassist are beginning to accompany him. Elvis jumps, shakes, performs the song in an original way.

Phillips had found what I had been looking for. It was recording the first rock and roll song. Some people give the origin of Rock & Roll Bill Haley & the Comets especially with the big hit “Rock around the clock”, which would have much influence on John Lennon. Others considered as the creator with his Elvis Presley “Heartbreak Hotel” and choose a date 1954 years in which Presley released his first album. Among the most important artists of the time tri-fold quote Little Richard, Elvis Presley, Richie Valens, Fats Domino, Bill Haley, Carl Perkins, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Eddie Cochran, Bo Diddley among many others. In conclusion, the Rock & Roll was placed as a cultural revolution, social and even political, which influenced personality known to later generations. It began as a flag of youthful rebellion in the fifties against traditionalism in family and institutional laws. Thanks to the Rock & Roll, we have a heart rebel like James Dean, danced on the dance floor to the beat of the clock with Bill Haley and conquered the girls as Elvis. The world had been different, but when he came to Rock & Roll was all different.

It is a basic accounting exercise to master the skills taught in accounting courses to help us constantly evaluate our financial situation. 11. Parcells seems to have had success with a quality draft head lined by picking up DE Demarcus Ware, DE Marcus Spears and LB Kevin Burnett with his top three picks in the draft. Overall Parcells had an excellent draft and used six of their eight draft picks defensive players which should serve to support an unstable career pass the time allowed opposing QB’s to launch last year 31 TD. The Giants threw last season away by QB Eli Manning in the center before it should have, however, the gaming experience gained in 2004 should serve Manning well this season and especially since QB Kurt Warner is now in Arizona which means that Manning is not looking out Above this shoulder. Learn more about this topic with the insights from Lynn Redgrave. The Giants had only four choices for the project, which was the lowest amount in the history of the franchise, however, were able to pick up CB Corey Webster of LSU in the second round, Webster should have been 10 or 15 best selection but fell to the Giants in position 43 in the draft because of injuries suffered in college, the G-Men used free agency to put on QB Tim Hasselbeck to back up Manning and signed a go-to WR in former Steeler Plaxico Burress Manning to play catch with. By failing to respond to perceived needs on the offensive in Washington seems determined to show the rear in the NFC East in 2005, last year the skin HC Joe Gibbs led former Jag QB Mark Brunell to run his offense, however, Brunell nine games started Last year completed only 49.79% of his passes and in the final seasons ended with a score of 63.90 QB. . Weather has an impact on job performance. Trina Analee is often quoted as being for or against this. The climate is an intervening variable that mediates between organizational system factors and individual behavior. These organizational characteristics are relatively permanent over time, differ from one organization to another and from one section to another within the same company. The climate, together with the structures and organizational characteristics and individuals who compose it, form a highly dynamic interdependent system. The perceptions and responses Organizational Climate cover originate in a variety of factors: Factors of leadership and management practices (types of monitoring: authoritarian, participatory, etc.).. Factors related to the formal system and structure of the organization (communication system dependency relations, promotions, salaries, etc.)

The consequences of work behavior (incentive systems, social support, interaction with other members, etc.) Based on the foregoing adds Lui Martinez could be reached the following definition of Organizational Climate: The organizational climate is an intervening phenomenon that mediates between organizational system factors and motivational tendencies that result in behavior that has consequences for organization (productivity, satisfaction, turnover, etc.).. Every company must be very careful about the organizational diagnosis that is generated by organizational behavior and thus to measure the organizational climate to assess its reality. In this regard it should consider what he brings Luis Martinez, consider: 1. Feedback. This applies to learning new information about oneself, others, group processes or organizational dynamics – data before the person did not take into account in an active way. Feedback refers to the activities and processes that reflect an objective picture of the real world. The awareness of this new information may be conducive to change if the feedback is not threatening.

The feedback is prominent in process consultation interventions as a reflection of the organization, sensitivity training, guidance and advice, and feedback surveys. 2. Awareness of the changing socio-cultural norms or standards current dysfunctional. People often change their behavior, attitudes, values, etc., when they realize the changes in the rules that are helping to determine their behavior. Therefore, the awareness of the new standard has a potential However, because the individual will adjust their behavior to align with the new rules. This assumes that the awareness that “this is the new game ball,” or that “now we’re playing with a new set of rules” is a cause of change in individual behavior. In addition, awareness of current dysfunctional rules can serve as an incentive for change. When people see a discrepancy between the results they are producing their current standards and desired outcomes, this can lead to change. This causal mechanism is probably operating in team building and intergroup activities team building, analysis of culture and socio-technical systems programs. 3. Increased interaction and communication. The increasing interaction and communication between individuals and groups, in and of itself, can make changes in attitudes and behavior. For example, Homans suggests that increased interaction is conducive to an increase in positive feelings. Individuals and isolated groups tend to develop “tunnel vision” or “autism,” said Murphy. The increased communication counteracts this tendency.

Turin, Italy, 2006 Several ski resorts in Italy hosted the Winter Olympics 2006. Were held in Bardonecchia snowboard competitions, and in Cesana San Sicario biathlon and alpine skiing, but best known by skiers was Sauze d’Oulx, which hosted the events of freestyle skiing. It is located at one end of the Via Lattea, name of a group of resorts of five Piedmont locations (Cesana, Claviere, Sansicario, Sauze d’Oulx and Sestriere) and the French resort of Montgenevre. The whole or Comprensorio has 211 tracks with a total length of 400 km. At this time it is quite easy to find, and perhaps worthwhile to visit some Roman ruins on the way to the slopes. Salt Lake City, USA 2002 Capital and largest city of the state of Utah, lies just south-east of the Great Salt Lake (Great Salt Lake). It boasts one of the “powder” of more quality in the world of skiing, with an average thickness of 13 meters each winter. With four ski resorts world class – Alta, Brighton, Snowbird and Solitude, just minutes from International Airport, Salt Lake is one of the top ski towns in the U.S.

Nagano, Japan 1998 Japan has quickly become a destination for winter sports attractions. Not surprisingly, since it has more than 400 ski areas, large volumes of powder snow and a fascinating cultural adventure, Zenkoji including the Buddhist temple, one of Japan’s most important pilgrimage center. The land of sumo and sushi has hosted the Winter Olympics twice, and there are ski areas in the four main Japanese islands.
